What exactly is positive thinking
Positive thinking is defined by Remez Sasson as a mental attitude that admits into the mind thoughts, words and images that are conducive to growth, expansion and success.

It is referred to as a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. What the mind expects, it finds.

What exactly is it?

Many books have been written on the subject, seminars have been held and people pay a lot of money to attend these seminars and buy these books, this only reflects one thing; people want to be successful and are aware of the fact that the only way to achieve it is to have a positive or optimistic attitude.

The word positive in itself means to deal with facts, to see these facts in a positive way. Others may say that positive thinking is always looking at the positive side of every situation no matter how unfavorable.

Optimism and happiness are associated with positive thinkers.

Positive thinking is a skill that can be taught and acquired by anyone; it is a tool that can help you achieve your goals, deadlines and dreams.

Remez Sasson later qualified positive thinking as the act of reviewing personal thought processes and actions for areas that need improvement and for areas with negative implications, and then using appropriate tools to change those thoughts or actions in a positive, goal-oriented manner.
