Even when I do believe I am an emotional intelligent person, sometimes and certain situations turn me into an emotional caveman. Very nice book, you will learn a lot from it. The first step is to understand that its ok to feel emotions but we must understand them.

Fascinating! It’s an eye opener and one must take to heart. The author did a great job defining emotional intelligence and outlining the benefits of emotional education. It expanded my understanding of myself and made me aware of my own emotional intelligence.

Great book summary. It really teaches me some interesting stuff on the latest emotional intelligence research.
