Chapter two gives you a powerful reinforcement to use daily for at least three weeks to strengthen your resolve to remain a non-smoker. Three weeks is generally thought of as the time needed to install a new habit. Later on, you can use the recording from time to time as extra reinforcement, particularly if you will be in a situation which you formerly strongly associated with smoking. For maximum benefit, use at least one track daily for a minimum of three weeks, ideally listening on a personal stereo.
The third chapter is an extra short daily booster track to strengthen your resolve.
