Loren Lahav is an American speaker, author, and personal development coach with over thirty years of experience creating transformational experiences. She focuses on helping women embrace their authentic selves and achieve lasting results.
Loren Lahav attended Asheville High School and earned a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia in 1987. In 1990, she joined the Tony Robbins Company, where she played a key role in the organisation of events, including large-scale gatherings of up to 20,000 people. During her tenure, she developed and managed the volunteer crew programme for nearly twenty years. "Working with Tony taught me the importance of creating lasting value," says Loren.
In 2003, Loren launched her Lobella events, designed to help women reconnect with their core values and identity. The events focus on fostering strong connections and building a supportive community among women. Over the years, Loren has shared the stage with the likes of Barbara Walters, Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk and Erin Brockovich. She has spoken at major events such as the National Achievers Congress and Go Pro Recruiting Mastery and has facilitated over 175 Life Mastery events for the Tony Robbins Companies.
In her book, Stay True: Own Your Badass & Beautiful Life (2023), Loren explores women's challenges in embracing their true selves. She encourages readers to recognise their value and take control of their lives without waiting for external approval. The book combines practical exercises and real-life stories to help women manifest their goals.
Loren's commitment to giving back is evident through initiatives such as the Elevate campaign, which provided emergency relief and support in her community. Her global contributions include a service trip to Vietnam with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, where she fitted more than 5,000 people with hearing aids.
