Because you’re using a small brush, you can build up the product where you need more coverage, and blend it lightly into areas that you don’t need as much coverage.     step 4 Add concealer where necessary and finish with a light translucent powder on the T-zone and chin if you tend to be a little shiny. Don’t powder the cheeks or nose as these areas look best dewy and fresh.

    step 2 Use a fluffy eyeshadow brush to buff in colour corrector.
    (As Clare is fair-skinned, I have used a salmon-toned corrector.) Buff this down to the top of the cheekbones (yes, that low!) and up to the brow bone, covering the entire eyelid. Add a little extra on the inner corner of the eye as it tends to be extra dark there.

    step 3 Now for foundation. Buff this all over your face as usual. Be gentle when applying it over the top of the colour corrector. For a super-soft touch, use a damp sponge.

    liquid concealer slightly brighter than your skin tone. Something yellow-based, such as Benefit’s Stay Don’t Stray which is my fave. Once the concealer is even, use the tip from Wayne Goss (step 4, page 33) to brighten the area around the eye.

    step 5 Set the concealer with a lightweight translucent powder. I like to apply this with a damp beautyblender®. Leave for a couple of minutes to bake (this is when the powder heats up the concealer to set it), then sweep it away with a fluffy eyeshadow brush. Dark circles, gone!

    step 1 Look straight ahead into a mirror. Hold the brush from the dimple of your nose, straight up to your brow. Mark a line using a brow product. Starting your brow here will make your nose look slimmer.

    step 2 Hold the brush at the dimple of the nose and straight through your pupil to find the arch. Make sure you’re looking straight ahead and mark this point. Positioning your arch in the right place will give an instant eye lift.
