One of the things I have been doing for years is giving an expression of thanks to God whenever I find a coin, regardless of its denomination. The coin is a symbol to me of the prosperity that has been put right in my path. I have found that I receive coins almost every single day of my life. A dime here, a penny there, a nickel on the pavement. They show up regularly, almost as a reminder to me of all that has manifested in my life. I simply pick up the coin and say, “Thank you, God. I know you are working in my life and I am grateful for this symbol.” Each time I receive a coin in this manner, I am reminded to extend the favor in some form of generosity to others.
