Self Harm

Life just felt as if it was getting on top of me. I was crying and crying and I couldn’t stop. I felt hopeless, useless and so, so alone.

I don’t really know why I started it. I know it’s what people always want to ask me, but I just don’t really know. There was such a lot going on, and some days I felt like my head would just explode. Everyone
