Eleanor Henrietta Hull was a British poet, writer, journalist, and scholar of Old Irish. This book, first published in 1912, is her translation of the Old Irish poems and songs into prose and verse. Among others, it contains the earliest pagan poems, early Biblical stories, historical ballads, and ancient lullabies.
