Khinkali is a  Georgian dumpling. This national dish is the pride of Georgians. Georgia iis a country in Eurasia, Caucasus, on the eastern cost of the Black Sea.

Khinkali is made from meat. It is a sort of sack made  from dough  in which  the processed meat is placed.

Khinkali is considered to be a symbol of sun and life. This dish gives strength and energy. It is equally pleasent to eat this dish at any time of the year.

Khinkali is generally made from meat, but vegetarians can prepare it from cheese, cottage cheese and potatoes.
