Den amerikanske soulsanger Marvin Gaye beskrives af mange som en af de mest indflydelsesrige og succesfulde musikere til dato. Ifølge de to værter havde han evnen til at svinge sin stemme op i en guddommelig falset, som nemt kan give gåsehud, og det gav ham tilnavnet ”The Prince of Soul”.
