Kahlil Carter, widely known as "Coach S.W.A.A.G.," is a former professional athlete, elite coach, and visionary leader whose life journey serves as a blueprint for resilience and reinvention.

In his transformative book, The iN Crowd: Life, Legacy, Leadership, Carter draws from a decade-long professional playing career—spanning leagues from the AFL to the CFL—and nine years of high-level coaching to offer raw, real-world lessons that extend far beyond the gridiron.

A Journey of Resilience

From the "urban jungle" of Washington, D.C., to the football fields of Arkansas and international stages like Glasgow, Scotland, Carter’s story is defined by his "X-factor" drive and relentless work ethic. Often counted out as a walk-on at the University of Arkansas, he relied on what mentors called "Football Intelligence" and an "overwhelming sense of confidence" to prove doubters wrong and secure a place among the sport’s elite.

Beyond the Game

Kahlil Carter’s mission is to help others navigate the "art of transition"—whether switching careers, launching a business, or evolving in personal relationships. He moves past standard platitudes to share the "messy" reality of winning, losing, and adapting to life’s devastating lows and wild highs.

The "iN" Philosophy

At the heart of his message is the concept of the "iN Crowd," which focuses on living an:

iNcomparable life by surpassing all comparisons.
iNexhaustible life through relentless perseverance and sustainability.
iNvincible life by honoring God and fulfilling one's true purpose.
