Benjamin James Barnard

Benjamin Barnard is a newly emerging children's author from Essex, England. His first full length work, "Aurelius and I", was signed by the Andrews UK publishing house and has achieved widespread publication as an e-book. He is currently searching for a publisher fo paper copies.Away from writing, Benjamin is a passionate environmentalist (what do you expect from a man whose first book is about a boy's mission to rescue his local enchanted forest?).He recently spent several months in Armenia working with environmental NGOs. While there he found inspiration in the country's stunning landscapes and ancient temples, leading him to begin work on his second children's novel, "The Lost Library of Lerevan".Benjamin is currently studying for a PhD in Human Rights and Climate Change at Essex University.He lives in Colchester with his wife, Anahit, and 3-legged dog, Jack.
