    Please note however that it is important not to try to be resourceful all the time. That goes against our human nature. Sometimes we’re not going to feel so good. What this is all about is being able to choose to feel how you want to feel, to react how you want to react when it is appropriate. To know that you can change your own state to suit the circumstances so that when you want to you can perform well.

    As a general rule, if you’re having a good day, make sure you have at least three extra treats because that will help keep your fuel tank topped up. If you’re having an alright day; six extra treats because you’re obviously using a little of your fuel up. If you’re having a not-so-good day then you’d better have nine extra treats and that will boost your energies and resourcefulness and perhaps allow you to improve the way in which the day is going.
