    If you overpromise you look like a person who can’t execute. So just promise what you are going to do. Then overdeliver. Once the promise is made to your followers, work beyond imagination to make sure that what you deliver is far beyond what anyone ever expected. In doing that you gain the reputation of being the go-to person and one who gives more than anyone asked for.

    Work hard and work smart. I have heard people say, “Work smart, not hard.” Well, I don’t think the two are mutually exclusive. In fact, you should do both. Yes, working smart is better than working hard. But working hard and smart is better than just working smart
