If we want God to speak to us, we need to spend more time with Him. We must invite Him every time we read the Scriptures, and as we continue to do that, we will hear His whispers concerning what we read. However, we must be intentional about it because it won’t happen automatically. Since the Bible is a spiritual book, we need the Author to talk to us whenever we study it.
